Gift With Purchase
One per order. Must meet the qualifying spend and ensure the gift has been added to your cart at checkout. Cannot be backdated or extended. Only while stocks last. Free gifts are non-transferable. Orders for the purchase of gift vouchers are not accepted.
Returns: Where product is purchased with a gift or bonus offer, the gift or bonus must also be returned. If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in a saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus (in full or in part).
We may cancel the Promotion and not distribute the free gifts where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from providing the free gift. We reserves the right to refuse this offer to any person. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen free gifts once they are claimed, and these gifts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Note: If you don't want your free gift, simply remove it from your cart. If you add a gift manually to the shopping cart, it will process as a regular product with the regular price, instead of a gift.
Full Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into our Promotions is deemed acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents (addresses) 18 years of age and over.
3. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotional periods and entry instructions are stated on all advertising material.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the delivery address in order to claim a prize.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or the Promoter.
9. The draws will take place at 22A Rooks Rd, Nunawading VIC 3131 on the promotional dates specified.
10. If any draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the draw will be conducted on the following business day.
11. If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted 3 months after draw date at the same time and place as the original draw.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
13. All data collected will become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
14. By participating in our social giveaways, you agree to a complete release of Facebook by each entrant or participant.
15. Our promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
